One of the greatest plays ever written coming to The Lowry
DAVID Hayman - pictured - takes on the lead role of Willy Loman in Death Of A Salesman.
Andy Arnold, the production’s director, describes Arthur Miller’s masterpiece about the human cost of chasing the American dream as one of the greatest plays ever written and even though I’ve seen it several times it is still deeply affecting.
The ending in particular is the emotional equivalent of being hit by a truck - twice.
Death Of A Salesman is at the Lowry from April 29 to May 3 and tickets are available from 0343 208 6000 and you can also book online at www.thelowry.com.
