It's a funny old game - play explores our national obsession at The Lowry

FOLLOWING a 10 week run at the National Theatre, James Graham’s Olivier award winning play Dear England hopes to score success at The Lowry this summer.

James Graham’s piece covers a range of football matters, from former England manager Gareth Southgate to the pressures of playing elite level sport and the importance of the game in our national psyche.

Dear England is in Salford from May 29 to June 29.
